Biography

Max began his musical career in his hometown of Plymouth (UK) debuting in a production of Hello Dolly! at the Theatre Royal in 1993. Since then he has sung and danced his way through a variety of shows and concerts including Oliver!, 42nd Street and Showboat. However, his talents do not rest there.

As an accomplished musician, Max has also been musical director for many shows including a sell-out production of Annie at Plymouth's Athenaeum Theatre in 1996. The following year Max concentrated on singing on the local cabaret circuit until he departed for Jersey (CI) in 1999 to sing for Pontin's Holiday Club.

Later that year he arrived in London and was soon found training at the highly acclaimed Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts. In 2003, having taken a break from theatre, Max was delighted when invited to join the Risley Musical Theatre Company in North London to play the lead role of Billy Crocker in Anything Goes.

In 2009, Max teamed up with the renowned London vocalist and musician Alicia Andrews to form a new duo called Club Class.  The new act is currently being devised and rehearsed. Keep checking here for further updates!
